KAIA4ever

KAIA kids in 97.
Me, abdullah, murad , naseem , osama , and shamir
Man , u guys have grown. I think Yasir was the one behind the camera so he's not in the pic. But those days were a lot of fun. Thank u guys for the KAIA experience , u guys were awesome.
I specially miss the summers in KAIA, and all those windy afternoons in the desert soccer pitch and the very chlorinated swimming pool and the basketball and those later summers when we got hooked on to tennis. Naseem and Osama were really good at swimming. they could swim like fishes and go all the way down to the very bottom of the pool. Abdullah, incredibly, was also quite an excellent swimmer. I still have no clue how he was such a fast swimmer, he wasnt fast on land. Yasir was slow on both land and water. lol. But yasir made up for it with his brains. He could talk into a corner and make you believe you were wrong. Yasir , You seriously should've studied Law.
I even miss those long walks we used to take over those sand dunes that surrounded KAIA. It was pretty stressful time for me and i guess for each one of us as we passed through O levels and then the A levels. I guess in some ways we were there for each other. I really appreciate how they all treated me after i screwed up my A levels. They still treated me with a lot of respect even though studies and doing well meant everything to them.

Hmmmm. . . a bit late to be dredging things like this up now. But I am offended that I am nowhere to be seen on this page, the only 'honourable' mention I receive is as that of the dude behind the camera. I am hurt hurt hurt, even Johnny is here in solo glory, not to be presumptuous here, but I like to think I'm comparable in importance to Johnny in your circle of friends... . . Ahh mofith, what happened, we used to get along so well too. . .most of the time. :D
